What's behind this site
Hartwell Home Group is fictional. The system behind it is real: a website and CRM working as one, built for an agent or a small team.
Every form, one inbox
Each lead arrives with its story already written
The valuation tool, showing requests, guide downloads and the contact form all write straight into the agent's own CRM. Each lead shows up scored for readiness and fit, with a plain-English summary, the pages they read first, and a suggested next step.
- Readiness and fit scored on arrival, with the reasoning shown
- Every page the visitor read before reaching out, on their timeline
- Consent captured with the exact wording they agreed to

Your pipeline
Know who to call first
The lead list sorts by readiness, so the seller who just asked for a showing sits above the person who downloaded a guide last month. Stages update as people engage.
- Sorted by who is most ready to act
- Stages from new to handed off
- Search, tags, imports and merges

Content you edit yourself
Guides, reports and listing presentations, written in the CRM
Neighborhood guides, monthly market reports and each seller's listing presentation are pages the agent writes in the same CRM. Publish, and the page appears on the site in the site's own design within a minute.
- A private presentation page for every seller, made from a template
- Text, photos and buttons, with nothing to code
- Every page gets tracked links and a QR code for print and social

Also in the CRM
Everything after the first hello
Follow-up campaigns
Email and text sequences for new leads, past clients and your sphere. Every message is reviewed before it sends, sending is paced, and anyone without recorded consent is skipped.
Social, on brand
A brand kit holds your colors and voice. Listing, sold and market-update posts are drafted from it and scheduled to Facebook and Instagram.
A back-office assistant
Ask it to follow up with this week's valuation requests. It drafts one plan, you approve it, and it does the work within limits you set.
Built in from day one
Compliance you don't have to remember
Federal rules for real estate advertising, consent and accessibility are part of the build, not an add-on.
- Equal Housing Opportunity logo and fair housing statement on every page
- Neighborhood copy reviewed for fair housing: places and amenities, not people
- Unticked consent boxes naming the agent, with the wording stored on each lead
- A separate, optional consent box before anything goes to a lending partner
- Built to WCAG 2.1 AA, with an accessibility statement
- A buyer-agreement explainer reflecting the 2024 practice changes
- Listing pages laid out for MLS display rules: listing firm, MLS number, disclaimer
- A co-branded lender page where each company pays its own share, plus the disclosures that go with that
- A vendor directory nobody pays to appear in
- A payment calculator the visitor fills in, with no rates shown
