  3. 03Tour with contextEvery showing comes with the comps, the disclosures and an honest read on the house.
  4. 04Offer and inspectOffer strategy from the data, inspections from vendors you choose, and negotiation on what they find.
  5. 05CloseAppraisal, final walkthrough and closing day, with each deadline tracked so nothing slips.

Before you tour

What a buyer agreement is, and why you'll sign one

Since August 2024, agents who are MLS participants need a written agreement with a buyer before touring a home together. It states what we do for you and what we're paid, and it's negotiable.
