Living in NoDa

The arts district: converted mills, galleries, live music and the Blue Line.

Named for North Davidson Street, NoDa grew up around textile mills and is now Charlotte's arts district: galleries, live-music venues and breweries in converted industrial buildings.

Architecture and homes

Small mill-village cottages from the early 1900s, many renovated, sit beside newer townhomes and apartments. Expect smaller lots and lots of character.

Arts and culture

Galleries, murals, music venues and the monthly gallery crawl tradition give the neighborhood its identity.
